An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as specified in the current fee schedule. Users will be notified prior to the commencement of any inactivity fee deductions.

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
